You mentioned that nobody at your local track uses the set screws in the flex plates. I understand if they're not using the tweak screws but can't imagine not using the set screws over the pivot balls. There's too much slop in the rear pod if you don't properly adjust the pivot ball tension with the set screws.
With the shiny caps... are they the spacers for the rear axle?
