'OUTSIDE' ..... take the time it takes to remove all of the adhesive from the lead
(this keeps the pack from getting too wide) . Clean the lead really well w/motor spray & attach lead with Shoe-goo to both sides. And after it dries, I take an extra measure and wrap the pack with electrical tape. Plus it looks cleaner this way
According to the new ROAR rules this pack would be dissqualified...The weight has to be attached to the car, they say for safety reasons. I really like the idea, and have use something similar on my older cars, but for Nats this is not going to work. I have found a way to get the added weight, but not sure where I can get the materials or the person to build it for me.
