For the top plates: Ive been running the same BJ4 since the WE came out over two years ago and am still on the original top plate. Just make sure the screws and loctited in and are always tight. The AE plate has what looks to be the same drill holes f/r but they wont work on the BJ4 if thats what your wondering.
