1) Yes, it would be the same although the 64P gears will be smaller.
2) A 34mm rollout would be a good starting point. Don't go any higher than that to start (50mm is more of a 10.5/13.5t rollout).
3) That would give you a rollout of 34-35mm on Prizm tires so that is perfect.
