love the design of the 416. Not only are the screws placed symmetrical, the motor mount is "suspended" betweem the lower and top deck to balance flex. Kinda noticed that now when I found that the front area of the motor mount is actually 0.5mm lower so it will not touch the top deck. Seems Tamiya is dead serious with this design.
