I don't see how you plan on getting a loaded jammin thats brand new w/out spending money. If you are on a budget & want a new buggy then I would take a look at other more affordable buggies. Both cen & ocm buggies have been doing great localy & are second to none in terms of economics. If you are leaning towards the jammin because of local support then I would recommend purchasing the parts that don't wear used & the parts that wear new.
