The only desireable hop ups for the 5r would be the lightweight pillowballs for the front. Lots of guys use the ball end style chassis braces and plastic rear hubs, you could call these hop downs.
They make the car smoother and less edgy on rough tracks. You might also want the carbon shoes for your clutch unless you run a track with really good bite. Some use two rulons and two carbons.
