Ok, so the mounting hole on the servo saver is still the middle hole? Should the ball studs on the servo saver be facing front or rear of the car?

What you want to do is use the black medium ballstuds on the steering spindles in place of the stock ones. This will raise the turnbuckle at the spindle reducing the bump toe. You can run your ballstuds on the servo saver in the middle or lowest mounting positions.
