Chad, I feel that the mugen springs are a bit stiffer. I guess it gives a more direct feel than the softer springs. The OCM blue may be a easier drive but it can roll alot more in the corner....and with that you may lose corner speed.
Try adding 2mm shims under the upper arm holder. You will have to use longer screws. maybe run a little more front droop(2-3mm), and try the mugen greys.....
That should help with on power steering.
