There are no crystals because it is 2.4GHz. They give you two receivers as a bonus, its free for the same price. You may only have one car, but you might get another one later and you can put the extra receiver into that. If not, you can sell the extra receiver. Besides, we are talking about the new DX3R not the DX3.0.

im new to this you dick, and you still didnt even answer what exactly they were.
do you know how to change the seals in an inverted DH race fork, or maybe you know how to hook up a saint derailleur without using a saint cassette and hub, and would i need the saint hydraylic brake mount, or will my hayes brakes work with the saint hub?
i bet you dont... must not be too bright of a guy then
