It was a good weekend. The 2wd mod mains came down to the final main. In the final of 3 it was between myself and 2 other drivers to win. I had a chance but as the track dried out it was back to pin tires and I made a bad tire choice and chose panther tires instead of pinks tapers...had a bit too much rear bite. At the end of the main we were about 1/2 of a straight-away apart. I came up with 2 setups. One a basic setup, this is what I would recommend starting with. Another I had with slicks on, I ran this setup in the final main with treads, it will make the car more aggressive. With the tracktion and slicks I thought the car was awesome. I tried a lot of things this weekend, including some Losi springs, anti-squat, various camber locations...etc.

I can honestly say, this car is just as fast as anything else, and it is right out of the box, no plastic chassis to buy or anything like that...I even ended up with the same springs the come in the kit.

Shocks - 1 hole academy pistons, 27.5 Losi oil - white spring
shock at middle hole in arm, middle in tower
27.5 aluminum caster kickup

Rear

stock 2 degree's of anti-squat
camber 2 - B no washers
shocks no limiting ( may look like a lot of droop) 25wt losi oil, academy 2 hole pistons white springs
shocks mounted middle in arm and #3 in tower
MLP narrow
