I just blew a connecting rod in my V-Spec and cant seem to get the broken one off (from the pistion). Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

you're lucky you only blew the conrod. usually if the conrod blows at high rpm, piston n sleeve also goes with it. if conrod broke into pieces,you may wanna check all the internal parts...
when my conrod gave up on me, it chipped the piston that i had to replace the whole P/S/conrod set.
