I use antisquat to tune how the car turns. I've found that more antisquat allows the car to steer into the corner harder and rotate a little quicker. Less antisquat settles the car down some going through the corner. Less antisquat will also give the car a little better straight line traction. I don't normally change antisquat based on the bumps unless it's causing a problem on the track.
