If we are going to start talking about the most powerful motors then there is no use in argueing,The OS Speed v-spec is the quickest motor avaliable also very reliable and easy to tune but not everyone has the money for that motor.

id say the os v-spec for power and reliability,also ease of tune.There is no doubt the picco motors are fast but seem pretty touchy on the needles.
