Probably need the screws for the pulley and one-way hub but not sure. In the long run it will cost you some more $$ if you cannot wait.
Yes you need to buy the screws to hold the pulley on, in a pinch you can use the screws that hold the hinge pins from coming out, thats what I did.(I used some old TC4 screws for the hingepins)
