Yes, a good 1000 watter could power 3-4 persons. I like to limit mine to 2 pits myself.
The downfall of running the generator hard all day long with a full load is that gas gets used up much quicker, you accelerate the risk of shorting the rotor or stator and at times I've experienced false peaks/ charger errors when too many chargers are charging at the same time and too much equipment is powered on.
That's why I make Karl or Joel pay for lunch when they ask for power
