I just take the piece of shrink they give you cut it in half, center it on both and heat it up. Some will hang off both sides. Once its shrunk take a sharp exacto and cut the shrink right along the cylinder part on both sides. Then heat slightly again to get it to tighten up slightly more. Then your ready to have NO chatter.
