Exactly, I heard of a court case where a top fuel gragster racer fought and won against a speed trap. They were using the Vascar system where the officer starts and stops the system when a car crosses reference lines on the road. I believe, I remember correctly, he proved that .3-.4 of a second was consider perfect reaction time in drag racing. He then showed the difference it would make in doing such a speed measurement and got out of the ticket
