Flat out 1/12 is not productive for the hobby/track shops. These cars are very tough and can take hits that would cripple a TC. That results in less parts replaced and lower sales for the shop. This is the single biggest reason that the class is not promoted by the shop/track owners. On the other hand thay can be harder for a novice to drive due to the shorter wheelbase, so alot of newer drivers pefer the TC's as thay are eaiser to drive.
