I bought some and it is better....but I still prefer to run with the stock strap...I appear to be the minority here. Most people prefer the added chassis flex with tape.
It's not any fun if your battery comes out in a qualifier or a main. I tried the strap myself thinking it was an improvement over my Cyclone that only uses tape. After losing my battery during my first practice, the strap is now in my "I'll never use box"!
