Some more diff tips to add:
I tend to set mine at only 1/8 turn out to start and then maybe loosen it a little after I know it is seated from a run on the track.
Try a bit of blue loctite on the threads of the thrust screw as some extra insurance to keep the screw from loosening.
I ran the same diff all through the Reedy Race and for 4 additional club race days before I finally rebuilt it. Same parts, just new outdrives...clean and re-lube and it feels great again.
