Ernie ,my son races in similar conditions to what you are enquiring about and with the factory setup ie .going by all the measurements .
He has already beaten his PB and did it on a cold and dusty track ,so I would be recomending the factory setup without hesitation .
Having said that he did need a couple of heats to get used to the feel of the new car as it reacted faster in his veiw to driver imput .
Also just to prove to ourselves it is a good setup he ran the car the next meet without change and was getting the same times .With consistancies in the low .22 s .
