If your tires are ballooning "too much", you're too punched. Instead, try accelerating when the car is composed and on the ground. The only way to theoretically reduce the tires from ballooning by making changes to the car, is to go to thicker diff oil (most often the center), which will change how the car works and usually make it harder to drive. You could strap the tires by turning them inside out and wrapping duct tape around them, but it can cause other problems (like tire wobble, the tape coming loose, plus the added rotating and unsprung weight).
The stock setup is awesome and should be a great starting point for any driver, on any track.
