Hi Bob!

Make sure you add the extra bearings to replace the bushings... Use a bearing blaster to clean out the bearings and place a small drop of "thin" oil (I used WD-40 I put in a dropper) before you install them.

When you install the bearings, turn the plastic part upside down. If the bearing "doesn't" fall out.... you need to ream out the bearing housing slightly.. just enough so it'll drop out.

When you put the whole thing together, tighten the screws until they are "snug"... then back them out 3/4 turn so the casing won't bind the gears or bearings.....

Same thing when you put the motor in... but I only back out about a half turn...

Before putting the motor in... Free Spin the front wheels... if you get 12-15 seconds --- YOU'RE GOLDEN!!!!!
