Just a couple of setup related questions from the setup sheet:

1. Rebound stop, is this droop? If so, is it just a case of placing a wheel under the car and measuring how far the upright sits of the table?

2. Upper Arm position: Are the positions shown done using inserts?

3. What does E0106(A-D) refer to?

4. How is rear toe and anti squat set?

Also, what things should I be keeping a close eye on, other than the usual checking of threadlock etc. I've heard to ensure the servo saver gets a good clean and lube and to super glue the pillow balls? Things like that...
