It doesn't get much easier than premounted rubber tires. I can't remember the last time I've seen where everyone is running open tires. Most although not all tracks have converted to premounts and or just have a gentlemens agreement to run premounts
I just cleaned out my shop this week and came across a 13 gallon garbage bag almost full of 1 or 2 run foams from the last 3 big races I attended
I would say 99% of them are to small to club race or chunked.
All my 1 or 2 run rubber tires from the big races have been used up or passed down to the club level (none wasted).
