As a rule of thumb, you want to stay away from pro drivers set-ups if you arent running in the same class. If you are running stock, Hara's set-up will be too much for the car and will handle like crap. Mangoman will have a killer set-up for you as will Flood0.
So for a start should I follow Hara's set-up or the standard set-up that comes with the manual instruction???
