I believe this is correct. To the later point, there are definitely two "silver" springs, one that is listed as 8lb by Associated and one that is heavier than the copper (16lb). I haven't tested one, but I'd bet it's awfully close to 20lb.
If you don't have it, Associated lists the springs as:
Black--4lb
Olive--6lb
Silver--8lb
Blue--10lb
Gold--12lb
Red--14lb
Copper--16lb
