The kings head clutches will work great. I am running aluminum all the way around with 2 gold and 2 silver springs. I like how the clutch responds with this setup. You could just pick up a set of the stock motor mounts for the kit version of the 8ight. The cheapest place to find the motor mounts I know of is at Bmain racing. Look under the liquidation section.
