No matter which car you get...if it is running the AE front end or a derivative of it like the new CRC you are going to break lower arms, especially when you are first starting out. Molded composite plastics can only take so much before they break. However that doesn't make them a good car. As far as what to start with I'd say the 12L4 as well. It's a lot easier to set up and probably have the best parts availablity. The others are great cars too but are a bit more complex so may not be the ideal starting spot.
