Horizons site still says Jan 20 in the Dealer section. I know this for I have my shop check everytime they place and order with Horizon. Not sure where you are getting the Feb date from.
The PRS adapter is the same as the old car as well as the bumper setup. So you can order those now if you want to. If you have arms from the old car don't toss them just yet as they can be used on the new car as well as a tuning option. I do believe you have to use the LCD and CVD from that car to use them but you can. I got that straight from Todd while talking to him in LV. I heard the whole delay has been because of a move at Losi which is holding up a lot of their kits not just the sedan. I doubt we will get a comment from Todd on this since it may be something he is not allowed to talk about. We will just have to wait it out as always.
