I was noticing a little clicking sound on my evo3 when I roll it. what it turns out to be, at least in my case, was that the axle on the rear was sliding in and out slightly. Unless you shim the axle to stop the play you will hear that sound. However, if you shim the axle be careful not to over tighten the wheel nuts, because if you do the wheel will bind.
