The C and CT are both IFMAR legal. The CT is not EFRA legal because of the crank. The C is EFRA legal.
EFRA has adopted the IFMAR specs for engines for 2007 so the CT IS EFRA legal. The Germans have also adopted the IFMAR specs for 2007. The BRCA had its AGM before EFRA and so we didnt change over. You could say the CT is not BRCA legal
