I just spoke to Yokomo USA about this and if I remember right it goes like this
type A has the most steering
type B is the "carpet" stratus, meaning it has the least amount of steering
type C is a little more agressive than the B
type D is like the 2.0 stratus, supposed to have a little more rear downforce but still steer like the type C
