Clutch Life
Running the kit's optional softer springs that is provided with the kit (softest on the carbon, the next softest on the aluminium) seems to be increasing the life of the stock clutch shoe setup alot. I've got over a half of gallon now on mine and the wear is miniumal, not really any worse than an other clutch.
Also when building the stock clutch, there is moding residue on the carbon shoes. I cleaned this off with some ether. The clutch bell also has resdue which should be cleaned. I used scortchbright pad for that.
