I haven't seen anybody "jumping on" anyone yet. You expressed your opinion, some people agreed with you and others disagreed with you...but apparently THEIR opinion isn't worth sharing with Scotty and the Boomer Boyz, they're "jumping on you" because they don't agree. Lighten up Francis.
I'm firmly in the camp of "track conditions are the same for everybody". Whatever they are, they are. If carpet conditions were like last year's Cleveland race then there was PLENTY of traction for racing, it just takes a different set-up than driving on glue. I race on the Cleveland carpet 3 weeks later and I thought it was great.
But you didn't want to hear that...
