yakuza, no problem with the help even though i may not always be right.
on droop my understanding is that lower number makes the car react faster which would be more useful for quick direction changes. on high speed track i'd try less droop up front like 6 - 7 and in the rear about 4.5 - 5.5, higher if theres good traction. its worth a try at least.
