ESC for 4 cell

Hi guys,

i'm new here and i had some questions may be asked before.

From the user guide, there were 5 engine Maps, which Map should i use with a LRP QUANTUM COMPETITION esc for 8 turn motor/4 cell and what's the gear ratio ?
