Good choice.
The "Converter" macnkitty was referring to is actually a voltage regulator. Some Li-Po packs provide around 7.4 volts of power, and this can easily fry most servos. The regulator safely drops the voltage down to 6.0. The great thing about Li-Po's are that they provide CONSISTENT voltage until they start to dump off. Instead of bouncing from 5 to 6 volts like a standard receiver pack, the Li-Po (in conjunction with the regulator) will sit at a constant 6.0 volts. This means less voltage spike in the electrical system and more consistent servo movement.
