There is a saying in R/C planes. You build them to fly not to crash.

There is no need for nerf bars and most cars do not have them. Current 1/12th cars are so stable and pleasant when properly setup that if you are crashing bad enough to NEED nerf bars you need to fix you driving by slowing down and practicing or work on your car setup.

Since I don't use the damper tubes I actually narrowed my body support/chassis brace on my PRC Carpet Burn.
