Good picture, it describes the changes well.
1. Extension looks in between M-03 and M-03L; some handling implications here.
2 & 3. The new front and rear uprights look thinner, that they say is weight savings, but I'm sure that is negligable; and for many of us the beefier plastic still warps so we got the aluminum front uprights, thinner sounds worse. You can already get bearings and 2 degree toe in so this doesn't look any different here.
Doesn't sound like the M-03M suspension is going to obsolete the other M-03's; just a mid-preference wheel base packaged with 1/2 the bearings we need. Nice looking though.
