#1. The horn is suppose to be almost vertical and ballcup to the back. Take a look at the instruction manual
here if you don't have one. You'll want to have the right servo horn and mounting spacing for the brand/model servo you're running.
#2. I've seen people cut or grind a small hole in the side of the antenna tube just above where it presses into the chassis and run the antenna wire over and up from that.
