Yes the 0-30 does equalize....it does at ZERO or dead short.
Also the Team wave not only holds the cell at .9 until the other cells get there but also if you leave it on there so if a race gets pushed back you don't have to worry about it...

Yes you can Dead Short IB cells...for all those who say "DON'T DO IT" when was the last tiem you tried it?
I have talked with Eric about this. The newer versions of the IB cells are perfectly capable of being DEAD SHORTED. I have been DS my packs for amost year. That is why I waited to buy EA packs until he told me they were gettign good results from the IB's even with DS....
YOU WILL LOOSE RUNTIME....BUT BOY DO YOU INCREASE THE VOLTAGE and DECREASE THE IR....
