Yes, There are pairs that just aren't right, but that's to be expected from 15 or so year old molds
I generally get two or three sets at a time and try to "match" them the set on my primary car right now has just under two degrees of caster w/ no shims, and the camber checks in right around 1.5 degrees. Alot of us used to have them sent out to a machine shop in our area to have them "evened-up" and in some cases milled down for more ride height, but since discovering the milled steering block trick I haven't had to have any milled down.
