I have the 34T Tobee Craft spur, and it's quite a bit smaller than the stock 37T spur. So with a big 23T pinion, it is almost a perfect fit using the 19T mounting holes. I've enlarged one of the 19T holes slightly for a better mesh.

With 60D tyres it gets a 40mm rollout. It should go pretty good, I haven't driven it yet in this setup tho My car's an M04M though, not a Mini Cooper.
