4 mm foam, 5 mm rubber, but there is no body height rule so you can slam the body i.e. ROAR has a 130mm minimum body height while car is resting on 20 mm blocks, wing can't be higher than body (only thing beeing checked at this race) and a whole matrix of stuff for wing width, length and chord.
