I use the big & medium plastic clip that came with my cva shocks. Which in size is I think about 6mm. Set it low enough so your front arms are level. When there level it will keep the front from binding. I have very little time right now until monday. If I get some good free time before then I will measure mine. What I told you is pretty much my guess for what they are.
