Servo Recommendations

Hi YOK DRIVERS,

I need some suggestions. I have been racing for a year and I am finding that I can't keep the car going straight. (NOT ME I SWEAR)The centering is always moving around. I am using a Futaba 3003 and think it is the problem. I set the car to track straight and it changes during the race and I have to reset it again prior to the next heat. My questions:

1. How much play should there be in the steering linkage. I find using an Integy setup station, I have between 0 and 3 degrees of toe-in moving the steering linkage manually. Should it have that much play?

2. If the play is not normal could it be the servo saver is out of adjustment?

3. If I replace the servo to get a faster, metal gear and digital servo could that clear up the problem of the centering.

4. What servos do you YOK drivers use? Any that I should NOT use?

Thanks in advance for your input.
