Ummm, no. You would have to grind down the outdrive section...the side that the dogbone goes into....a total of 2.5mm per side. You would lose quite a bit of engagement. Now, I'm not saying it's impossible, but the outdrives are hardened steel and not as easy to grind down as aluminum, CF, etc.
You can try it though....good luck with that.
