I run the delrin outdrives on both front and rear diffs and they have been absolutely fine so far. From what I gather delrin is supposed to be stronger than graphite so there should be no durability issues. I think the reason some people think delrin is quite weak is because of TIR's spool which uses delrin outdrives, but there's a lot more force involved when you're running a spool.
